Alyssa graduated with her B.S. in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University in 2011, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. She has obtained a certificate as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and has also completed certifications in Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, Postpartum Rehabilitation and Trauma Informed Yoga. She has experience in personal training, Olympic Weightlifting, running and Pilates. She loves helping people return to an active lifestyle without significant pain. She is excited to use her knowledge to help you improve your functional mobility!
